Make An EXTRA 100K In 2021 – 5 Side Hustle Ideas
The first side hustle is one that I filmed a three part series on, and that is Turo! You can find the videos linked above, but long story short, Turo is essentially AirBnB for cars.
The second side hustle is flipping and/or wholesaling real estate. I’ve made a handful of videos on how to invest in real estate without money, and without credit.
Next up is being a notary! I go into more detail in this video on why I think being a notary is a great side hustle, and why I paid for someone in my team to become a notary.

Lastly, you can become a content or a brand manager for a social media influencer. I have someone on my team doing this for me, and it helps free up my time tremendously!

if you tried to pay off a car within 2 years of using turo, by the time they get done with the car it will have a bunch of wear and tear along with high mileage
