When I first started my business I asked my nearest competitor for advice. We've been best friends for a long time. I kinda dominate in my arena. But as Bob Marley said, "Who the cap fit." He agrees.
Most people renting cant afford to buy a home period. That's WHY they are renting. Trust me id love to just turn my 1300$ a month rent into a 1300$ house payment. Its just not something that will ever happen unless I inherited it (which isn't going to happen) or got some massive pay increase, that isn't too likely either unless i go back to school (Which isn't happening) … People act like money doesn't buy happiness but ill be damned if a bunch of money wouldn't solve just about every problem I have right now… And someone told me recently that "Coupon clipping, doing without half my light-bulbs, cutting back on AC, and canceling Netflix and Uber eats wasn't going to save me any real lifestyle changing money. That the only way id see any substantial lifestyle upgrade is with a massive career upgrade that I could only expect to get with a degree, AND some seriously good job referrals". I'm just like sitting there for the next 2 hours staring at my wall, trying to swallow the huge dose of reality they had just shoved in my mouth like some idiot…
